RETURNS
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any consumable products purchased online. Any returned consumable products received without prior notification will be disposed of upon receipt.
In certain cases, at our discretion, we may request the return of products. If a return is requested, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for gift cards or other virtual products.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
1. Orders placed online for shipping may be canceled and refunded before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
2. Orders that arrive with products damaged during shipping or for other product-related issues, subject to our discretion.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
